Has anyone tried to modify the front sight by replacing it with a fiber optic sight, mounted very low? I found a tiny TruGlo shotgun bead fiber optic sight with a 1/4" fiber optic tube. I think the slide would be too thin to drill and tap it to fit the bead. The Ashley sight discussed by others here is nice but looks too high on the gun and is too large in my opinion. I know the P-32 is for point shooting, but a better sight would make it more fun to shoot at the range!

Bermblaster -

The Ashley sight you have seen on their web site was their Big Dot version. Yes that sight is very large but they also make a "Standard Express Dot" which is considerable smaller. I have a pair of the Standard Tritium Sights on my P11 and it makes all the difference in the world. I know the P32 is smaller than my P11 but mine is mainly point and shoot also. It does help at the range and in extreem darkness.

Be sure to check out the various versions of "guttersnipe" tritium sights....I'm considering an upgrade now. They mill out a channel in the slide and install a tritium tube, with two more in the back of the slide. You line up the sights in a conventional manner, but there is nothing on top of the slide.....no snag, very clean for a tiny gun like the p-32. The only concern is about changing the reliability of the p-32, which can be finnicky.....WRanger
