For a long time I had thought about changing the grip assembly to one of the cooler colors. I just couldn't make up my mind which one I wanted. I called Carolyn and discussed whether or not my "earlier" model P-32 (ser. # 07XXX) needed any new springs. It turned out that the recoil spring had been updated to a stronger model and she offered to send one to me free of charge. I said no, I was going to send her the pistol for a new gray grip, silver trigger shoe, a hard chrome pocket clip to match the HC upper, and the new spring. I sent her the pistol on a wednesday and got it back on friday...OF THE SAME WEEK!!! That blew me away but wait, it get's better! She not only replaced the recoil spring and installed the gray grips...she put ALL new "internals" in my pistol and gave me a new magazine! And now, the best part.
Drum roll, please...NO CHARGE TO ME!
How about that! For all paratical purposes, I've got a new pistol! She even test fired six magaznes of different ammo through it to make sure everything worked OK.
How about that for service!!!!:) It even came back clean!

Glad to hear it Will! I never tire of hearing these stories! Seems rare in almost any type of business these days. Keep it up Kel-Tec! I want to buy another gun just because of the stories I've heard!
