Well, a couple weeks ago at the range, my wife's P32 had a serious malf. Pull the trigger, the hammer would come back, but would not fall. I called Kel-Tec and spoke to Carolyn, the P32 gunsmith. She gave me clear instructions on how to pack it and send it in. We also agreed I'd send in $20 for the hard chrome upgrade.

The P32 came back in a little over a week. The work sheet that came with it said they replaced ALL internal parts, and polished the feed ramp for free. She also installed the belt clip (I could not get the pin out of the frame without using more force than I cared to). The hard chrome upgarde looks great and the sights are easier to see with it. The pistol seems fully functional now. We're taking to the range tomorrow for testing.

Kel-Tec was a pleasure to deal with, they went above and beyond with their work, and the turn-around time was excellent. Great bunch of folks!

Update: Took the P32 to the range yesterday, it cycled about 70 rounds of Magtech FMJ (notorious for failure to extract) and a handful of Cor-Bons (notorious for rim-lock) without a glitch. Works like a champ. Thanks again, Kel-Tec!

Good to hear David. What makes the sights on the HC slide easyer to see? Is the paint on the sights any different? The paint on both the front and rear have come off a bit on mine.

Slugger,

The sights on the Hard Chrome slide are bright red, almost blaze orange. They seem to be easier to pick up than the white dots on the blued slide.

As you can now see, the P-32 is a magnificent gun, which can operate perfectly. Mine has more than 1500 rounds through it, and works every time. KT is a great company that takes excellent care of their customers. I carry my P-32 or P-11 every day.
Mike
