I just purchased a P-32 from my local gun store. This thing is really tiny!! I ordered a clip where you can put it inside your waist band. The problem is it keeps slipping up until it falls out. This happened to me while I was standing around a group of people who were talking. Luckily I grabbed it off the floor and no one even noticed. Does anyone make a pocket holster for this? If you just drop it in your pants pocket it quickly turns upside down. ------------------ |

R.J. Hedley makes an excellent pocket holster for the P-32. The small size Pager Pal is also great for concealed carry. You can find links to Hedley's website thru the KTOG pages. ------------------ |

I'll second the motion on RJ Hedley's pocket holsters. Top quality, perfect fit, fast service and the price is competitive. I carry my P32 almost daily with one. Try one...you'll like it. ------------------ |

Here's another RJ Hedley fan. His pocket holsters are excellent. I have one for my P32 and another for my NAA mini. Here's his homepage: http://homepages.go.com/~hedley57/ Stay safe. ------------------ |

The Hedley pocket sounds like its the right one, but I have a question. Is it it better to get the rear pocket one and to sit on it, or the front pocket one? I'm concerned that it could be uncomfortable to sit on a gun, even if it is a small one. I'm also wondering how easly it would be to draw a gun from a front pocket holster? Thanks ------------------ |

I use a front pocket .... the gun is small enough that I can even carry wearing jeans...just looks like I have a wallet in my pocket. Can't answer about back pocket carry but it is a good question. I'd be interested in knowing the answer to that one myself. As far as drawing out of the front pocket...I've found it to be very easy, especially in dockers style pants or walking shorts. Gun is easy to get a good grip on, holster stays in pocket, and it looks natural to put your hand in you pocket if you're in a situation that puts you into condition yellow or condition red. ------------------ |

I have the backpocket RJ Hedley holsters. I'm used to carrying my wallet in my backpocket so carrying my P32 (or my NAA mini) that way doesn't need a lot of adjustment. Actually, my wallet is thicker than the holstered P32. I'm not really sure about this but I remember reading in another board that RJ can make a double purpose holster, a backpocket model that converts to a frontpocket model by removing the leather flap. Stay safe y'all. ------------------ |

I have the Aker Leather Express 155 pocket holster for my P-32 ($34.00). This holster has a leather piece sawn to the leading edge of the holster and it can be used as a front or back pocket holster. They also make it with fancy materials. I bought mine and got it in a week since it was already in stock. The leather piece keeps the gun grip from printing in docker shorts or jeans. Check it out at www.akerleather.com Carlos ------------------ [This message has been edited by carlos (edited October 12, 2000).] |
