I'm buying a new p32 and want to know if I have to send it back to the factory,do I have to use a ffl or can I just box it up and send direct to the factory and can they send it back to me? What is the proper procedure? thanks sj

From Oregon, I can ship directly to the factory and they can ship it directly back to me. I don't believe there are any federal restrictions because there is no transfer of ownership. Don't know if Texas state law would place any restrictions on you.
